The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is adopting the International Energy Conservation Code. This code is applicable in the Town of Belmont. Building Permit applicants are responsible for compliance with the code.

The Town of Belmont is not responsible for providing design services.
Inspections required for compliance with the new code must be performed by a third party.
