	The Planning Board received an application for Special Permit for the construction of 17 residential units under the Oakley Neighborhood Smart Growth Overlay District (the former Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church site). The application was submitted on April 16, 2009 by North Shore Construction and Development Incorporated. Copies of the application and plans were submitted to the required Town Boards and Commissions and comments are due back no later than June 4, 2009.
