Denies Notice of Intent
On June 23, 2003, the Belmont Conservation Commission issued a denial O'Neill Properties' request for a Notice of Intent in order to proceed with the development of a 250,000 square foot research and development office building at the Belmont Uplands. This request was denied because the applicant did not submit sufficient information to describe the site, the work, or the effect of the work on the interests identified in the Wetlands Protection Act.
